This is a restaurant re-visited post, truly our local, being only a bike ride away! the Auberge de la Fruitière in Vers has new patrons: two brothers, Patrick and Gerard Josserand.  The auberge is a communale building meaning it is owned by the village, it is an older building with character and was originally a fruitière (fromagerie)…
